In 2018, Tjaša recognized an opportunity in her hometown and started editing profiles for booking accommodation with a local provider who asked her for help. The successful approach quickly brought results, the number of reservations jumped, the apartment house filled up, so she started working with other room owners. Due to customer satisfaction and a good reputation, our story was soon born − accommodations rental agency Polna hiška.

Tjaša Kikelj Beravs

Founder

Tjaša, a dreamer and visionary in one person, who also knows how to live in the moment – ​​a perfect combination for success! After founding Polna hiška, she performed all the tasks that come with an accommodations rental agency independently. However, as the workload grew and she lacked time for her creative projects, she began to collaborate with Špela and let her manage the organizational side of the agency, while she devoted herself more to the creative side – renovation, interior design, photography.

She describes herself as “easy-going”, she likes to let go of the flow and come up with ideas for the future. As a counterbalance, her family teaches her to be present in the here and now. They prefer to spend time together by the sea. The once active volleyball player is now discovering more calm activities, she found herself in yoga. In addition, freedom, sun, dance and chocolate mean a lot to her.

She wants to create visual stories with meaning, paint, dance. She believes that with good energy, a positive attitude, and the right people, any mountain can be climbed, which is why she is so happy that she has found the right team that she believes in, because she can sense “that real vibe” in them.

Špela takes care of the three corners of Polna hiška. Due to her exceptional sense and ability for organization and many years of experience in renting out rooms and taking care of customers, Tjaša offered her a partnership at Polna hiška. Špela says: “We complement each other perfectly in business, together we are a dream team, we also complement each other in our personal relationships… Tjaša is the Yin to my Yang, that’s it!”.

What matters most to her at work is organization, flexibility, challenges, meeting new people and places, creativity and, last but not least, putting her heart into things, that her work perfects her and makes her happy. Polna hiška offers her all of this and more.

What matters most to her in life is family and spending quality time with it. Water? Oh, yes! Whether it’s the sea, a lake or a river – she says that one day she will definitely live somewhere near it.

In her free time, she is involved in gardening, fruit growing and her “company” of small animals. She can’t imagine life without coffee, ice cream and – gnocchi!

Content and guest relations manager

Špela, a tourism mediator by profession, is dedicated to ensuring that tourists have a carefree and enjoyable experience in our accommodations.

She firmly believes that the body and soul should work in harmony, which is reflected in her interest in massage and natural self-expression methods.

She says that she has always felt that her mission is to help those around her. She loves foreign languages ​​and herbalism, and is a self-proclaimed musicophile.

Guest support and advice on hosting

Katra says that tourism strengthens her soul, so it is no coincidence that she has been involved in it since high school.

She has been working with Polna hiška for several years, providing support to both hosts and tourists. This field is perfect for her, as she is a very good listener and likes to listen to both guests and clients. Their satisfaction means a lot to her and gives her great motivation for further work.

She is a sports and nature lover. Her motto? Anything is possible, if you just give it to yourself!

Relaxed and communicative Anita takes care of supporting our hosts at Polna hiška. She calls herself an “energy bomb” who is always smiling. Her positive energy makes people feel relaxed, appreciated and loved around her.

She loves discovering new places, meeting new people, and her passion is leaping into the unknown. She enjoys gaining new experiences and finding new opportunities. Her motto? With perseverance and patience, no obstacle is insurmountable.
