ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION
Welcome to our lakeside family home on the shores of Lake Trboje, one of the hidden gems of central Slovenia. Combining direct lake access, a private jacuzzi, outdoor fire pit, and an excellent location between Ljubljana, Kranj, and the Slovenian Alps, this spacious house is an ideal base for exploring Slovenia throughout the year.
The house accommodates up to 6 guests - a family, group of friends, or couples - across three bedrooms and offers over 100 m² of thoughtfully designed living space. On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with an island, a dining area, a comfortable living room, one bedroom, and a bathroom. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms, a reading nook, and an additional toilet.
Large glass doors connect the interior with a private terrace surrounded by mature trees, creating a peaceful outdoor space with seating, sun loungers, and a year-round jacuzzi. A few steps below, an outdoor fire pit offers another inviting spot to gather, while a short woodland path leads directly to the lake.
ABOUT THE PROPERTY
This home has been in the family for generations.
Originally belonging to the owner's grandmother, it has been carefully renovated with the intention of preserving its character while creating a comfortable holiday home for guests. Many elements around the property have been created by family members themselves, including the fire pit area, which was built by the owners' daughters.
The property's greatest asset is its unique location. Nestled between woodland and water, it offers direct access to Lake Trboje, known for its walking trails, cycling routes, birdlife, paddleboarding, and swimming opportunities during the warmer months.
Whether you're looking for an active holiday, a golf getaway, a ski trip, or a base for discovering Slovenia's most beautiful destinations, you'll find yourself perfectly positioned here.
GUEST ACCESS AND LOCATION
Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, terrace, jacuzzi, fire pit area, and surrounding property.
The location is exceptionally convenient for exploring both the Gorenjska region and central Slovenia.

One of our favourite local recommendations is a nearby family farm, where guests can purchase fresh milk, yoghurt, cheese, seasonal vegetables, eggs, and other local products directly from farm vending machines. It's a wonderful way to experience authentic Slovenian countryside life while supporting local producers.
