Our renovated apartments are a perfect base for exploring the Julian Alps, Karavanke, Triglav National Park, and all outdoor activities the region is famous for.

We offer two spacious, fully renovated apartments, each designed for comfort, warmth and an inviting mountain atmosphere. Both units include private entrances, fully equipped kitchens, outdoor space, fireplaces and beautiful views.

APARTMENT 6+2 (80 m²)

Sleeping arrangements include 4 beds, one of them being a sofa bed.

LOCATION:

Our location in Rateče is truly exceptional. Just minutes from the most iconic natural and outdoor attractions of Kranjska Gora, it’s the perfect setting for nature lovers in every season.

In winter, you can ski in Kranjska Gora within 10 minutes or enjoy world-class cross-country skiing in Planica, located just across the road.
In summer and autumn, you can hike the surrounding mountains such as Trupejevo Poldne or Slemenova Špica with its famous golden larches, cycle along scenic alpine trails all the way to Mojstrana or over the border to the beautiful Laghi di Fusine, or cool off at Lake Jasna.
The emerald spring Zelenci is only a short walk from the apartments.

Shops and restaurants can be found in the center of Rateče, while a laundry service is available in nearby Kranjska Gora.

Arrival is easy: you can reach us by car (free private parking on site) or by bus. We are always available by phone or through the app should you need help, recommendations or simply want to chat.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

• Tourist tax is not included and is paid on arrival:
 Adults: 2.50 € per person per night
 Children 7–17 years: 1.25 € per person per night
• Pets are not allowed.
• Free and private parking is available on the property.
• The nearest shops are in the center of Rateče; a laundry service is available in Kranjska Gora.
