This house stands in a friendly countryside village, where birdsong greets you in the morning and beautiful hiking trails begin right behind the house. Two dogs, ducks and a horse live on the property as well, making it perfect for all who love animals and a genuine rural atmosphere.

We offer three accommodation units – a peaceful private room, a cozy family apartment Anica and a spacious Pristov apartment with views of the Julian Alps.

Our bright, air-conditioned room is ideal for travelers, couples or friends looking for a quiet stay close to Bled.
It includes:

• two separate single beds
• a private bathroom with shower
• a private balcony with nature views
• television
• free WiFi

No kitchen is available in this room.

FAMILY APARTMENT ANICA

A warm and pleasant apartment for families or small groups.
It includes:

• a double bed and a bunk bed for 2 people (all in one room)
• a fully equipped kitchen
• a bathroom with shower
• an outdoor terrace for relaxing

This apartment does not have a living room, but still offers plenty of space for a comfortable family stay.

APARTMENT PRISTOV (up to 6 guests)

This apartment is a great choice for families, two couples or a group of friends.
It includes:

• two bedrooms
• a fully equipped kitchen
• a bathroom with shower
• a balcony with a stunning view of the Julian Alps – you can admire Triglav directly from your apartment
• free WiFi and parking

Important:
• If only 2 guests arrive, one bedroom will be locked and the bedroom with the balcony will be available.
• If 2 guests prefer separate beds, we can open the second bedroom for an additional 20 €.
