Whether you\\\'re exploring the Julian Alps, hiking the Karavanke, or visiting nearby gems like Kranjska Gora, Mojstrana, Bled or Radovljica, this apartment is the perfect base for your adventure.

THE SPACE:
Our home is thoughtfully designed with families in mind. Inside, you\\\'ll find:

• A comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200)
• A cozy children\\\'s room with a double bed (140×200)
• A spacious living room with a pull-out sofa for extra sleeping space
• A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals
• A bright bathroom with a bathtub, a washing machine, baby essentials and natural care products
• A sunny balcony for morning coffee or unwinding after a day out

We warmly welcome families – a baby cot and high chair are available upon request, and the peaceful surroundings make it easy to relax. Just outside the building, there is a small green area for play, plus a shared swing that children love.

The apartment is newly renovated and filled with personal touches. It reflects the spirit of our small, music-loving family. We (Valerija and Filipo) create music and warm hospitality with the same heart. With one child and another on the way, we deeply understand how important it is to feel safe, at home and cared for while traveling.

LOCATION:
Reaching us is simple. Take the Jesenice highway exit Lipce, drive down across the bridge, and you’ll find our apartment in the green building on the right, directly across from the fruit stand.

Your parking space is the first one, right next to the green hedge by the road.
