Welcome to Alpine House Antonia, a charming retreat set in the quiet Zadnjica Valley in Trenta, surrounded by pure nature and complete privacy. There are no neighbors, only mountains, forests and the sound of fresh spring waterflowing from our well. Sit outside, take in the views and let the calmness of Triglav National Park settle in.

THE SPACE
This house carries a lot of heart. It was the owner's favorite place to spend time with her grandmother during her childhood. She later passed the house on to her, and she lovingly renovated it and named it Antonia after her. When her grandma heard the name, she had tears in her eyes. This home means a great deal to both, and we all hope it brings you the same warmth and comfort.

The house has 3 bedrooms:
• 2 bedrooms with double beds
• 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and 2 single beds
There is a kitchen with a large dining table and a bathroom on the ground floor.

There is no WiFi or TV on purpose – this is a place to disconnect, unwind and enjoy the natural surroundings. If needed, mobile data works well in the valley.

LOCATION:
You can reach us via the Vršič Pass, the Predil Pass, or by driving from Ljubljana, Nova Gorica or Italy.
If you are arriving without a car, please check public transport connections in advance, as the valley is remote.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

Tourism tax is 2 EUR per person per night (1 EUR per child)

Pets are generally not allowed, but you can always ask us. 

We are located in a valley that is an excellent starting point for hiking in Triglav National Park and exploring the Soča Valley.

One of the most beautiful alpine trails, leading to the Kriški podi hut, passes right by the house.
